About Patrick

Pat Slattery has 20 years of private sector experience providing leadership for a local not-for-profit organization. A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and currently a health care executive, Patrick is a graduate of the DeSales University M.B.A. Program.

Active with Lower Macungie Youth Association, Pat has really enjoyed the opportunity for his boys to play baseball, soccer and basketball in our community. Coaching and most recently, coordinating the 7th-9th Grade Boys Basketball league of 11 teams and nearly 130 kids has been great fun.

Pat is also excited to be a part of the first convening of the Lower Macungie Township Board of Environmental Advisory Council (EAC). This volunteer group serves to advise the Township Commissioners as they work through the varied environmental issues that face the township. From watershed management and site remediation to public education, this group stands to provide a vital service to the community and allows for the organized and effective compilation of quality data for decision making.

Golfing, playing basketball on Saturday mornings with the guys at the LMT Gym and taking hikes to Bear Rock Mountain with friends are just a few of the activities that keep him going.

Pat, his wife Nicky and their two boys, Noah and Max, are very happy to have a wonderful church family. Attending Bethany Church on Brookside Road has been an amazing blessing. Faith, Family, Community and Friendship are the most important components of his life.
