Slattery Reaches Out to Seniors

I had a great time visiting with folks at the Senior Center. No matter how much time I spend with our “wiser” citizens, their passion for life always impresses me. As luck would have it, I was able to have a great conversation with a wonderful volunteer at the center, Mrs. Houser. I played little league baseball with her son Kevin and we had a good time reminiscing about those fun days growing up. Looking out for our senior citizens is an important role for every elected official and it will be an honor to stand up for them in the State Legislature.
